Dr. Angela Maria Arteaga, M.D.

Medical Doctor, holding a clinical speciation in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine, Dr. Arteaga did join HEOR Value HUB in 2021. Dr. Arteaga brings all her experience for ensuring the clinical accuracy and relevancy on everything we do at HEOR Value HUB.

Dr. Arteaga has broad clinical experience, working as a general physician, emergency services, intensive care units, internal medicine departments and chronic diseases management programs. Over the years she acquired the clinical expertise for managing complex patients (adults and children) with diverse diseases in a surgical and peri-operative context (neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, urology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, general surgery, orthopedics, vascular surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatric surgery, among other areas).

She also holds certifications in statistics from the University of Amsterdam, biostatistics in public health from Johns Hopkins University, and in health economics and research outcomes from the Institute for Medical Technology Assessment – Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Angela is proficient in English, Spanish and Italian.
